Carolyn Taylor - Minister

Carolyn Taylor has been a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church since March 2001.  She serves in several ministry areas including Hospitality, Women's Ministry Planning Team, Adult Sunday School, and is the Pastor's Executive Assistant. She is a graduate of Plain Dealing High and Ayers Business School. Carolyn is the wife of Leroy Taylor.  They were married in May, 1974 and have two adult children, LaRoy and Kymberly and four grandsons, Avery, Emory, Carrington and Cameron.

Carolyn retired from the State of Louisiana after 20 years of service. She accepted the call to preach the gospel in 2003 and was licensed and ordained as a minister in April 2006. She is co-owner of Carolyn's Printing Designs and Administrative Consulting, Inc.  She has unconditional love for children and served on the Board of Directors for The Nehemiah Foundation mentoring school children, grades 6-12 at Plain Dealing High School.

She is motivated by her love for the Lord and a fervent desire to bring glory to God by walking in His divine plan for her life.  She enjoys standing in the gap, and ministering the uncompromising Word of God. Her passion and mission is to witness to the lost, encourage and challenge believers to become whole and fruitful in the Kingdom of God.
